I think that the media is just advertisements for named brands and their logos
For example....
1.) fast food restaurants: Burger king , McDonalds , Jack in the Box
2.) Cloth - Hollister , Abercrombie , and Forever 21
3.) Shoes - Converse , Jordans , and Vans
Those are the pictures of some named brand things......

it's the bee's knees;
and i agree with you because i do think that the media does have to do alot with LOGOS;
because that's how we find certain advertisements very familiar :D
